Ingredients:
• 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
• ¼ cup butter
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 30 milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
• 30 chocolate-striped candy kisses, unwrapped
• 2 ounces white chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, combine semisweet chocolate chips and butter; cook and stir over very low heat until smooth. Add condensed milk; mix well. Combine flour, chocolate mixture, and vanilla; mix well. Shape 1 tablespoon dough around each candy kiss, covering completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake. Remove from cookie sheets and let cool. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Repeat until smooth and creamy. Drizzle over cookies with fork. Store in covered container. Makes 5 dozen.
