These are simple and easy. Make your own low-fat, high-fiber chips for snacking or dipping in about 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
• 2 whole wheat pitas
Preparation:
Cut pita into triangles and then separate. Place on foil-covered baking sheet. Spray with nonstick vegetable oil spray; season if desired. Bake in 375°F (190°C, gas mark 5) oven until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove and cool.
