Ingredients:
• 2 cups milk
• 3 (1x2-inch) orange peel strips (orange part only)
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
• 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Increase heat and bring to a boil, stirring often. Immediately remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
