Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Additional sugar
1 (16 ounce) package chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
Preparation:
Combine butter, peanut butter, and sugars; blend until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; blend. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture; mix well. Shape dough into balls and roll in additional sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Let cookies set on trays for 2 to 3 minutes after removing from oven. Then press unwrapped kiss in center of each cookie and move to cooling rack.
