Ingredients:
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1¼ cups canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
¼ cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 5x9-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, cream butter and gradually add sugar, eggs, and pumpkin. Mix well. Combine dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture, blending well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
