Drinks 2 Drink - Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
½ cup sugar
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
In medium saucepan over low heat, cook water and chocolate until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. Add sugar; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring with whisk until well blended. Stir in vanilla. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
